roast in oven. Cut in half bake till not too tender. Let cool a bit, then shred with fork into what looks like spaghetti noodles. Serve with pasta sauce with a bunch of veggies in it. YUM!

Glad to know I'm not the only one with this problem. Thanks for all of the suggestions! Love them. I did well last night and saved my calories for some additional fruit. I ran frozen banana and pineapple through my champion juicer with the blank screen and made an ice cream consistency dessert. It was great!

Been there done that. I choose to use calorie counting and honest food journaling on MFP. I do try to choose healthier food options and avoid simple carbs when possible. I try to eat lots of fruit and veggies and enjoy smaller portions of whole grains. I save sweets for special occasions, birthdays and holidays. I also…
