To me, clean eating is fresh fruits and veggies, no processed foods, natural ingredients, and things made from scratch. Limiting added sugar and junk foods to a minimum.

Super Food of the day Ancient Grains Cherrios with silk vanilla almond milk. Tastes great and high in iron!

My super food today, baked salmon with a brown sugar mustard glaze with wild rice and steamed veggies. Heart healthy, 19 g protein. Total calories for dinner 308. Great for post workout.

I love to do Yoga in the evenings to unwind, but I also jog for cardio.

If you eat too few of calories, your body goes into starvation mode and stores fat. You will not loose weight if you do not eat enough and also replace what you burn during exercise.
