OMG count me in! I sooo need the support. I was planning on switching my workouts to tues, thur, sat cardio and wed, fri strength (my rest days are sun, mon when hubby is home) so this is GREAT timing thank you!

thanks for this. i always wondered about it. I always assumed it was too little cardio to lose a lot of weight. i attempted adding in cardio the last time I did it, but I dont have enough time daily to do 30ds for 20 min then cardio for another 20-30 min I workout 5x a week. Did day 4 today. DS woke me up around 4am and I thought it was a good idea to get the workout over with. not so good. I was just too tired. plus he started fussing in hte playpen. I wasnt able to finish it today. and honestly, IDK if I will. I will be too dang tired!

I like to measure around the fat, so that would be the 35 in for you. that way I can accurately see how much fat is lost. does htat make sense?

thanks. part of it is cause wheat bothers him, the other is because I dont want to eat as much grainy carbs in general. I tell myself to eat an apple instead but I'd rather eat a sandwich

very interesting thread. I was doing my best to eat paleo, bascically limiting carbs and sugar to those found in fruit. I lost weight FAST. but it was not sustainable for me. thanks everyone. I've decided to scratch the paleo thing because it's just not sustainable for me. I am going to go back to eating more good carbs, oatmeal for breakfast and maybe a few bites of brown rice IF! I want to eat some rice.

do you find Insanity helping more with the tummy area than 30ds? thats my problem area after 2 c-sections.

thanks everyone! I guess I have been eating more carbs and I've been baking more lately. Is brown rice and brown bread ok? I would also love more protein snack ideas. meals aren't too hard, I just dont eat rice. it's snacks thats hard for me. PLus my son was sensative to soy and dairy. this thread was absolutely enlightening. I have a bag of white rice and a bag of brown and compared the 2 labels. OMG! all this time I've been eating brown rice cause I thought it was better. I guess it's more about no rice vs rice than brown vs white right?

Thanks! He's almost 300 pounds so I dont trust a pressure mount bar (we rent so this is not our apartment!) The doors go all the way up so there is no ledge at all to hang a pull up bar. Do you have any recommendations for bands I can buy? I would definitely need it for the weights and pull bar portions

I agree with this. She will not starve herself. At night when she tells you her tummy hurts, offer the same thing you offered for dinner. Keep offering it. she will eventually eat. or she will go to bed hungry, but it will most likely be the last time she does it. right now she knows mommy will eventually give in to her.…
