I am 1 workout away of finishing week 3 of Piyo. I try to go by the total calories that Myfitnesspal suggest to lose weight, but I have used the Piyo nutrition plan for ideas of foods. I haven't been the best on my eating, but I'm doing better than I did a month ago. I am down just about 3 lbs, so I guess that averages…

I agree with the others in the fact you aren't eating enough. On the days that you exercise especially a spin class i would have to say that you should be eating at least 1500 calories.

You could be under eating. If you are that active I would say your calories for the day should be a bit higher than 1200.
