Instead of wearing two sports bras, why not invest in just one good quality one that fits? Wearing two bras doesn't always mean double the support if both fit badly.

Bravissimo and Panache are great for me. Bravissimo do a mean fitting service as well - the lady only had to look at my ill-fitting bra to know my size. I went from a 42FF to a 32H! 0.0 If you're in the UK, I'd avoid places like M&S. They stock a very limited range and if you get a fitting from them they will fit you into…

Hi there! I started just a few weeks before you did - I think this diet is great. It works and is nowhere near as unhealthy as people think. I have since lost 2 stone on the diet, in addition to the 2 stone I lost independently. I wish you all the best on it. :D

I am on sole source plus and I have found I have great losses whilst still eating. It depends on how fast you wish to lose weight. You will still lose weight on 1200 plan, but it will be at a more steady pace. I think the diet is great. You will achieve fantastic losses and, unlike what people say, you CAN and WILL keep it…

I try not to be. When it comes to fitness I completely get that other people have their different ways of doing things. What bugs me is when people become preachy and start shoving their 'research' (which consists of reading an article) down other people's throats. I know such a person, and believe me, it gets annoying.…

It's not a rule that you'll gain weight back just because you did a liquid diet. The gaining weight happens as a result of not having learnt about healthy eating. It's nothing to do with the method. Cambridge is well known to be nutritionally balanced. You have a consultant whom you meet with weekly and they monitor your…

It seems like a lot of the Cambridge detractors don't have a clue what the diet is about. Yes, it's low calorie but you don't have to start on the 400 calorie a day option. It goes all the way up to 1500+ calories a day for those who don't wanted to be as restricted. And, it's not 'bad for the body'. By taking those three…

Thank you!

Your weight fluctuates over the course of the day due to factors which are out of our control. For example, if you weigh yourself on an empty stomach, take your kids to school, eat something, then weight yourself again you may find you have gained. Don't sweat it, though. Your weight will even out over the week which is…

The 'eating late at night causes weight gain' is a massive myth. The only ounce of truth to it is that eating later at night means you're more likely to make unhealthy choices. It does not matter when you consume your calories. If you eat at 2am and go to bed straight after, the body won't automatically store the food as…

So would that make me sedentary?

I have about 52lbs left to lose. I hope to lose 30 or so pounds of that by July. I'm looking to lose that at a rate of 2lbs a week. :)
-
Anything greasy/heavy leaves me feeling terribly bloated the next morning. Even though that whole 'eating late will cause weight gain' is a myth, I still believe that having your last meal a few hours before you sleep helps a ton. Eating late can also sets me up for a binge. Because I'm full when I wake up, I don't eat…

Thanks ladies for all the advice! I went to Marks & Spencer's to get fitted and they gave me a 38G in the end. I know that this is not correct. I measure a 34 underbust, and when I tried on the 38G, the band was too big and I had a quadraboob in some positions. A proper fitting bra should never give quadraboob but the…

I lost mine in about 2-3 weeks. Most of it was probably water weight, though.

You look amazing! Such an inspiration. :flowerforyou:

I picked 150lbs because it was a little less than my goal weight. I originally wanted to be 11 stone, but I thought I would go a bit below that. I don't may much mind to BMI. I also took into account my shape.

Yay! :D

Sometimes, eating less may actually slow weight loss. Our bodies are far more complex than we give credit for. It's often believed that if we eat less, we'll lose weight when it doesn't always work that way. If you choose not to eat back your calories, make sure you net at least 1200 a day. A pound of fat may not sound…

I'd say diet, hands down. It's possible to lose weight without much exercise, but even if you went to the gym 8 times a week, if you still eat like crap the scales won't budge. I think pen-ultimately you can lose weight through exercise alone, but it will be a TINY amount over a very long period of time. You'll get results…
-
Do you find it challenging? I've heard that HIIT is better at burning fat/calories than a medium intensity exercise over a longer period of time?

Keep going. Don't throw in the towel on weeks of hard work because of two bad days. Everyone who's lost, or is in the process, of losing weight has been in your position before. Just get back on the wagon and forgive yourself. Also, if you have weighed yourself and found that the scales have shot up, don't worry - most of…

What's Brazil butt lift?
-
Yes! That kind of mentality is key, in my opinion, to successful, long-term and even enjoyable weight loss. Diets which completely cut food groups out are more likely to be way more unsuccessful. Besides, it's highly unlikely that you'll go entire life without eating a 'bad' food. You can still eat pasta, spaghetti, cakes,…

Thanks for the advice, ladies! I've started to do some leg exercises, and whilst they feel firmer, they're still big. I guess I'll just have to stick to the yoga pants until they go down....

I tend to find that my appetite completely goes just before and on the first day of aunt flow's visit!

I'm with ya!

If you have been doing squats with weights then that will build the glutes causing your butt to get larger. If that's the case, then maybe cut down on the weights? Guys don't see the problem with girls being large in places (having a big butt and boobs), but it can be a huge pain! Especially when it comes to getting…

I have a few! Once I drop another stone, I'll get my hair done at a professional salon. Once I hit my goal weight, I'm going to get an African Kente dress sewn (it will be as tight as possible to show off my new, fabulous, healthy figure!) But along the way, the fact that my weight will be dropping by the week and…
