As of tomorrow I will: - Stick to my calorie limit -Log in everyday and track my meals -Drink 8 glasses of water - Make sure I do at least 10 minutes of walking every day -Make sure I go for a run/swim/intense cardio workout once a week!

I'm from England, and I'm currently sharing a house, so I'm making my own meals in the kitchen. However I try not to take too long with my meals or make too much mess since I'm living with 3 other girls and one of them is a bit of a clean freak.
