I think this is a great question because I am struggling with it as well. Hi, thanks for adding me! I know what you mean about eating off the kid's plates for sure! I live in a very rural area so a gym is not close by, but I have started doing exercises at home - "dance party" with the kids and I am thinking of getting a kettle bell.
