100 calorie pretzel packs are good and quick, and you can dip them in cream cheese! Or you could eat them plain. I also like to spread hummus on toast. Almonds are a pretty good go to as well, they usually keep me satisfied

I buy a cheese called alpine lace, its a type of Swiss cheese that is a little lower in fat and calories per ounce when compared to a regular ounce of cheese. It tastes good on its own, so a good snack could be two slices, or you could melt a bit on toast (it melts perfectly)

My go to for sweet cravings during the day has been a flavored Greek yogurt with some granola. While it may not be my place to say, OP, this is not the right way to eat for YOU. That doesn't mean that others shouldn't do keto or paleo or etc. My mom actually does quite well on a low carb diet, however, I do not. It all depends on the person.

thanks! I have explained the ED to her, she was one of the people who saw me at my lowest weight last year. I tell her how awful and miserable ED's are. I do let her know if something is a little triggering, and usually she understands
