  • Watching calories is a great start! If you're able to walk that will help too. Low impact on the knees and great for the heart plus Burns calories.
  • I've not tried it but being a nurse it doesn't sound like the best approach to a weight loss program or let's say a change in lifestyle program. Your body will crave energy and in doing so will burn muscle instead of fat because it's easier for the bosy to metabolize the muscle. Just my thought. Goodluck.
