  • Eggs :) I normally have a 2 egg omelette a a piece of toast. sometimes I add veggies like mushrooms, tomato, or spinach to beef it up a little without adding very many calories. Very ocasionally, I will make a piece of french toast (which is essentially an egg and a piece of bread) and have some honey with it.
