the package will say how many ounces total. then you count how many wings are in the package. then you divide the total number of ounces by how many pieces and that will tell you approximately how many ounces each piece is. ex: 16oz total in package. 16 pieces in package. would be 1oz per wing. 16/16=1

I actually did have this and my doctor said that it is probably a nerve getting pinched and not to worry about it as long as it goes away. it takes a couple days of not working out for it to go away for me.

I always have cravings before my period. I go buy a bag of chips take out a couple servings and give the rest to my son to eat or throw away. I also have arthritis in my knees and bought an elliptical. it hurt so bad I sold it and bought a recumbent bike. it doesn't give as good of a workout as elliptical or even walking but it is definitely better than nothing and once the weight comes off you can add walking or elliptical.

if you go to food there is a button that says recipe click that and you can add your own recipes and how many servings. also I know there was a thread about how to share your recipes with your SO but I don't remember how to do it. try using the search bar for that maybe you can find that thread.

I have this problem also, what I do is 1. I eat dinner later which helps. 2. drink water 3. save most of my calories for the evening when I know I have cravings 4. play internet games for distraction. Hope this helps.
