Home made recipes

Hi all,
A lot of my food is home made and made in bulk.
What is the best way of totalling up the ingredients then working out the calories per serving?
EG last night i made a sweet potato mash, and i had to add to my diary a quarter of each ingredient - is there an easier / better way, such as adding all the ingredients in a recipe.
Also, is there a way to share foods between me and my better half?

Hey I use the recipe tool all the time - I put in everything I used to make the meal then set number of portions to 2 or 4 or 6 depending on how many batches I made, as to sharing recipes I don't know, sorry.0

if you go to food there is a button that says recipe click that and you can add your own recipes and how many servings. also I know there was a thread about how to share your recipes with your SO but I don't remember how to do it. try using the search bar for that maybe you can find that thread.0
