yeah its coming from the fruit, its not a bad thing but to cut weight i met a trainer that told me to only eat 25grams of fruit a day and no more than 5grams per meal. So you cant cheat and use 15 for one meal and ten for the other. Its hard but it def works! Yes this means cutting fruit!

Hi! I don't know what MIMs are but i did that atkins and i did not like it. I always had headaches and did not feel well. Plus you cut carbs for so long then after a certain amount of time you can eat them again? I don't know i also don't think its really healthy.

HI! Yes you want more protein than carbs. If you eat a carb make sure you always have a protein as well. Cheese is good,no carbs, but watch the fat. Fiber one has a great cottage cheese that is very low in fat and high in protein and fiber which is awesome! Protein will help keep you full longer. What kind of foods do you…

hey do you know the fat/carb/sugar content?

It could be hunger pains, your body is just getting used to your maybe "new" diet.

A good way to not plateau for a while would be.... about every week or every two weeks you should have a "cheat day". This doesnt mean eat anything you want! It means you have to plan ahead and know what youre going to have that day. It will break it up a little so your body doesn't get used to eating less calories.
