I started out wearing 20s and 22s and even had a pair of 24 jeans when I was 240+. NOW I weigh about 198 and am wearing a size 18 skinny. I feel so good and only need to lose a few more pounds to reach my goal weight. Good luck girls n God Bless!!:flowerforyou:

My legs tingle for 3- 5 minutes after a 60+ min jog. I do need new shoes so I tried jogging without shoes on triple carpet and I still feel the tingles in my thighs. I think it is probably due to blood circulating. Any other ideas?

use cans of food or bottles of water for weights and do tricep and bicep movements. U'll hafta do 6 reps of 10 to feel the burn. Also, u can jog in ure apt while watching tv or youtube and that's free! I've lost 30 lbs by doing this and I feel great! Good luck to u, Darl'n.

U may have lost a little bit of muscle wld be my best guess. U may gain a lb when u get back to ure routine but it'll come off quickly.

Maybe try something else that's crunchy like rice cakes or pretzels or wheat thins or celery...U can make ure own chips too in a healthy way by slicing a very small potato thinly and baking them with salt and olive oil and whatever spices u want. They would satisfy that need for the crunch and wld be baked

Maybe u need to try eating right for 12 days and "pigging out" on the thirteenth day, then repeat. I have done this and lost 25 lbs in 4 months. How can this help u may ask. Reduce ure calories by eating mostly veggies but eat ure recommended protein. Work out a bit more, if u keep pushing ureself u'll see more weight loss. I've lost 25 lbs in 4 months. Good luck!

Don't drink too much water. 8 glasses is enough and anymore can make u feel woozy and lightheaded. Remember one bottle of water = TWO servngs of water

U might be an endomorph body type that puts on weight fast and has to work doubly hard to burn it off. The other types are Mesomorphs and ectomorphs... check it out, it helps!
