How do I make my diary public? And yes I do weigh my food and use a HRM. :)

keep it to clear liquor. mix wine with seltzer. gin and seltzer with lime juice (my fav), diet coke and rum. have fun!

My HRM doesnt give me a calorie burn. Is it safe to assume the HRM gives the machine an accurate calorie count base on my heart rate? Thanks!

Hi ladies. Can you please elaborate on the HRM and adding/subtracting. Im going to start using mine but want to make sure I am eating what Im supposed to so i could avoid 'starvation' mode. thanks!

this is awesome! Im jealous! Ive been counting for 6 weeks and lost 11lbs. I go to the gym 3-4 times a week. Any 'tricks'? are you consuming all of your calories? Please share. I wanna be just like you! LOL
