so this week has been a no gym week for me because I have something to do every evening. I finally broke my plateau and dropped 1.8 lbs so far; hasn't even been a full week! I'm not complaining but I very confused.
Ok, so I dont go over my calorie count, I exercise, and I can't drop weight. I eat most of my exercise calories so I doubt my body's in starvation mode. Im stuck at 11 lbs and trust me, I easily have more than 40 to go. What gives? Has anyone had this problem? Ive been tracking since March 2. Please help. =)
hi there. Which exercise calories do you 'journal' on MFP? The machines at the gym and MFP exercise calories are very different. I've seen major discrepancies. Thanks!
