Four months with a lot of trial and error. I eat about 2000 calories a day. Exercise 3-4 times a week.

Bump :). I found a Martha Stewart oatmeal pancake recipe. I sub'd the milk for coconut milk. And of course I cut the recipe in 1/4. :)

I can't work out at home. I can't stay motivated. I enjoy going t the gym for the options/variety.

I went today and was slightly hungover. I'm still nursing a headache. But I feel great that I went!

Alcohol is the reason I go over my calories allotment on the weekends. I bank some calories though during the week so my weekly overall isn't over. I enjoy drinking. I won't stop (unless I get knocked up). Moderation is key. :). As far as the weight gain, it's just water weight. Drink LOTS of water. :)
