Have you changed your workouts around? I met a plateau myself and i had to change up my workouts, and when i say that i mean just instead of doing legs on Friday i did them on Monday so forth and so on. I maintain my weight pretty good, but i have to cheat every now and again. Also taking time of is not a bad thing it…

i also agree that the amount they tell you is really low.. i am trying to gain muscle so i have mine at 45% :)
