Hello doing my little bit... Really in awe of u awesome people. I walked/jogged for 48 mins yesterday( the best I've done in a while) Ended up with 3.46 kms(2.15 miles in told). I feel inspired by everyone's pace .

How many minutes or hours are u people running/walking. I did 45 mins of brisk walking for a total of 2.15 miles only. I don't know how to improve this!

I would highly recommend trying Kathy Smith... She's been around a long time, keeps modifying the programs n always work for me. Have the knee probs too. I think it's a good idea to take multivitamin , bit D & calcium along with the exercises. I'm 30 plus. But do get YOUR GP's opinion.
