I use Baritastic app for tracking my VSG meals and water/fluids , I still put my weight in here since I’ve used this app for years but my daily stuff is on Baritastic. It also has a section for vitamins and reminders that have been helpful.

Have your progesterone tested? Some take that and it helps with it not ending in a miscarriage

I still exercise, with heavy days (I make sure I'm wear a Diva Cup) and take an advil and do a shorter workout than typical. I always end up feeling better afterwards.

I have not lost weigh taking inositol, but it has helped me stay sane hormonely and I do get my period every month. Not everyone loses weight on it but I've read that most do. How much is she and you taking ?

I'm taking an Organic Biotin (got it from Amazon), just started taking Maca Root with DIM (hormone balancing), Myo-inositol (via Pregnitude - not TTC, just easier because it's in packets) and the shampoo (Pura d'or Hair Loss Prevention Premium Organic Shampoo, also on Amazon) :)

Not with vitex. Biotin can really help. When my hair was falling out in clumps, I used a Nioxin, a shampoo and conditioner that gave me amazing results. I used to take Vitex, and it worked. I just got annoyed over all the supplements so stopped for a while. I now take Myo-Inositol via Pregnitude, which I love. Though I am also trying out Maca Root with DIM. I've just started that and not sure about it yet. Here is some info (I have a blog I use to keep track of stuff)…
