  • I weigh in everyday but only log the losses on MFP. I track my weight each day on Weightgrapher to keep note of the trend.

  • Just arrange to have calories available left for anything you want. I prefer Chapmans Dutch Chocolate Frozen yogurt... it tastes JUST LIKE chocolate Ice cream and you get ALOT for low calories!
  • You need to realize also if you are eating food that is better for you in general - there is less 'wasted' and more nutrients absorbed and used by your body also leading to less bathroom need because your eliminating less garbage now.

  • Set your calories to ALLOW NEGATIVE. This will solve your issues. Eat back 50% if you are hungry for the adjustment it gives you.
