When should you change your weight?
So I started in April at 225lbs and was given 1690 calories a day. I have lost 18 lbs since - and was just thinking I would need to change my weight to recalculate my daily calories at some point won't I? Such a struggle
I was so happy I dropped below 210 last week, only the game TOM show up and add 5lbs back to the scale. Shouldn't that happen just before TOM and not during? I know I didn't gain 5lbs, but man if it doesn't get to me anyway😭

So here I am about 8 days away from TOM - and my weight spikes up by 3 lbs. Why does it have to do this... lol My norm seems to be stay the same all month, go up right before TOM and then drop during after TOM by a couple pounds... Fitbit says 698 left MFP says 837?
So my Fitbit and MFP are synced and I was looking at the 2 side by side and noticed that the calories LEFT are different... If I log my food on MFP and I let my FitBit do the adjustments based on my actual recorded activity - shouldn't the numbers be the same if nor closer??
