Honestly, when you put in the exercise allowances and such I have no idea how much I am total under goal - but I know it is always more than 200.

ok, well I dont as a rule workout... although in the last couple days I am making myself go out and walk... and I only had the MFP thingy yell at me for too few calories in a day 1 time and that was a day we were at an amusement park so there was WAY more walking than normal. I have gained up to 8lbs at TOM...but its all gone once it is over... don't panic!

Thanks guys I found it... it was Weightgrapher... I checked on trendweigth but dont have a wifi scale... and weightgrapher pulls the info from fitbit which syncs with MFP... :smiley:

I will download the app at home (said it was pretty large and would probably be safer to install with wifi) and then see. I can do a trial 'run' (ha ha) to get the feel of it - and hopefully it will work with the playlists I made from Spotify! Thank you EVERYONE for your help!

I have spotify free with my cell plan for 2 years. I actually got home and downloaded the playlist songs I had saved. So now if I want to use them, with the app I assume Zombies Run will ask me to use those songs when I launch it?

Alright. Thanks for this. cause it is such a struggle to drink water for me... im never thirsty - and all I ever see are people talking about 8 glasses a day and make yourself do it - your body will get used to it over time and you will start drinking all the time.... I was going nuts...

I must be dumb... the only thing I see in GOALS (under My Home) is the micro/macro info.. I don't see anything to change weight etc.. It just lists my % of carbs/proteins/fats and then my excersie goals (which I have none as I set sedentary) etc...
