I have a question... How much TV do you watch? I find that when I watch TV I get hungrier so I almost stopped watching it (I mean cmon! A guy needs to watch the news + lost and survivor are back on this week!!). Since I started readin and playing XBox more my extra snacking went to 0!!

there's part of the problem right there, you're suppose to eat those to, your defficit is precalculated on this site. It's also about what you eat at what moment, I usualy have some fruits and veggies as part of my meal BEFORE i train (at least 1 hr, no more than 2) and I'll have my carbs right after as part of my snack…

I love red wine, but if it's just the antioxidants your looking for, you can have real grape juice and green tea instead! If your realy looking for a good red wine you might wanna try zinfandel....

I do Power 90 6 days a week (sculpt 25 mins, Cardio-abs 43 mins) and I do taekwon-do 2-3 night a week...I must admit the days I do both I can burn up tp 1200 calories and I must say I have a hard time eating all those back lol!!

Remember that MPF gives you an automatic defficit, I think it's 1000calories for 1lbs a week or something like that

Just what I was gonna say! For a majority of us it's bad lifestyle choices that got us where we are now, so to be healthy we can't just go on a diet for a little while and then go back to our old life style...we need to make significant PERMANENT changes in our habits good luck all JF

I'm no expert but I know that you dont wanna go under 1200 calories....maybe your not taking ENOUGH calories instead and you boddy beeing in starvation mode stores the fat instead of burning it....
