Not impressed with Costco!!
Am I the only one to notice the lack of healthy food at Costco? They only hold v8 with sodium, the have no light cheese, the only meat they have is cut so thick that it's 3-4 portion for 1 piece! I get more and more frustrated everytime I go!!!! Just wanted to vent :wink:

Is there a formula to calculate the calorires I burn when I exercise? I have a hard time trusting what MFP tells my because I know I'll burn more calories at my weight than my wife who wieghs 1/2 my weight..... Help please.....;)
