1lbs of xtra lean ground beef
4 whole grain or whole weat burger buns
1 cup chopped fresh spinash leaves
4 large tomato slices
4tbs low fat mayonnaise

ok, I wont type all the preparations, everybody has had a burger before!! It's better and healtier on the BBQ tho ;)

per serving : 295 calorie, 29g protein, 25g carbs, 9g fat (2g saturated), 70mg colesterol, 4g fiber, 547 mg sodium.

    That sounds super yummy.... Can you add this a a food item under foods so that we can log it when we have it. That is if you haven't already done so!!!!!!:wink:

    Done!, l'm gonna post the recipes that I try as I go, tonight was Tilapia, tomorow i'm thinking pizza burger!!!!
