Would anyone have good suggestions on links or publication on martial art oriented weight routine? I'm looking for endurence, speed and strenght

Try this. . .interesting isometric holds, etc. I tried it for a while, and that static horse stance is murder!0 -

Our son's Jiu-Jitsu coach(Only black belt in Indiana under Gracie Acedemy) put together a work out Dvd based on MMA moves and Jiu-Jitsu. My husband uses it and loves it!
