Anyone here as ever tried wii yoga (not the one on wii fit)? If so how is it? I'm just looking for something to do on Sunday(my day off)

I watched some videos of it but haven't tried it. I would suggest a normal yoga DVD instead if you want a bit of a workout of it.0
