Me too. Would especially like some recipe suggestions. I have started the 5:2 and have 300 cals left for dinner... It will get better I'm sure. Yasmin Manchester based.

Divalicious in the city has two good recipes. I have tried them both and the coconut base one was my favourite.. Lovely.

McDonalds salads were rubbish - try making your own, it's not that difficult and tastes much better - honestly!!

I'm also north west based - Manchester to be exact. Just joined up, want to lose 10 lbs - lost 2.5 stones since Jan 12 - just the final push now.
