I use MapMyRun and you can sync it to MFP so it automatically logs your exercise :)

I suffer from chronic depression and go through periods of emotional eating when it's severe and I'm on citalopram just now so I totally understand how difficult it is. I would definitely recommend talking to a doctor/therapist/counsellor to get to the bottom of your emotional eating and depression in general. One thing…

If you can't sleep, don't stay in bed. After 30(ish) minutes of not being able to sleep, get up and go to another room, maybe read a book, or just sit quietly. Go back to bed when you're tired. The point is not to associate your bedroom with sleeplessness. Also, ban electronics from your room (easier said than done!)…

I use a men's razor. They're so much better than women's and they're cheaper too.

21 lbs in 3 months :) hit my goal today!

I'm hypothyroid and haven't had any issue with weight loss. If you're on medication it regulates your thyroid function/metabolism so it shouldn't be any different to anyone else.

I think it depends on your self image. Nobody ever checks me out, but if you're pretty (and are aware of it) you probably expect people to and notice it more.

I'm 5'10" and weigh 130 lbs and am aiming to lose a couple more before I switch to maintenance. I think you should just get down to your goal weight and go from there. I feel I look better skinnier but everyone carries their weight differently.

We were taught this in biology! My dad told me that if you peed in the pool at Disneyland, the wee would react with the water and turn green!

I used to drink at least 3 cans of Diet Coke a day (hence the UN) and while that's not that much compared to some people, it gave me really horrible withdrawals when I stopped! I got really bad headaches and very irritable moods. Anyway, it does pass, and you just need to push through it! Drink lots of water to keep…

I bite my lip a lot. And I shout at other drivers when I'm driving. How some people managed to pass their driving test, I'll never know.

Definitely weigh it. You're probably using a lot more than you think! I use around 50 cals for each slice of bread.

I'm really sorry you're going through that. It's scary to post in a public forum, but I've been through it too. Therapists, psychiatrists, antidepressants, hospitals, the works. It's horrible. But I can relate so I hope that gives you a bit of comfort. And I know it's so hard when well-meaning people tell you that exercise…

You look fab! And so much younger!!
-
You can definitely see progress, especially in your face! Well done!

Yes, I'd like to be lean and have a flat belly with at least a hint of abs.
-
That's pretty much what I do :) my diary is open to friends, feel free to add me.

I don't get what the big deal is - they can see if you're fat or skinny anyway, telling them a number isn't going to change that.

I'm 5'10, about 132lbs. I wear a UK size 10 and sometimes a 12. Idk whether it's because I'm quite big or because I'm tall. I used to be able to wear an 8!
-
I would buy a flat (apartment) and then buy the whole of Topshop :)
-
I'm 19 but hopefully I still count! Feel free to add me :)

£1.279 per litre in Scotland. Edit to add: that's $2.12

I'm 5'10, 132lbs and just about on the verge of maintenance :)

If you make your own food you can still count the calories. You need to weigh everything and then you can input it into the recipe tab to figure out how many calories it is. Special K products are probably full of sugar. Not sure what you mean by products that say protein on them? Are you just eating any product if it says…
