There isn't a way to fix the data for today, to take care of the adjustment on MFP you can delete it manually or unsync till tomorrow. On the fitbit site theres not much you can do but wait until tomorrow and it'll start counting from midnight properly. Other than that, you could walk your butt off to get your adjustment…

I've been loving something similiar lately. I'm a massive lemon cheesecake fan, so I use low fat cream cheese, greek yogurt, the juice of half a lemon and a teaspoon of natvia. Mix it all together and its heaven :) I add some white chocolate chips when I have the calories left over. This treat is what I use during workouts…

Short answer is anything you can think of :) Longer answer, lately I've been loving adding pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg and some white chocolate. Some other alternatives I've used are: - Lime curd, strawberries and shredded coconut - Banana and honey - Banana and peanut butter - Cocoa and banana All these things are…

We switched to using only cast iron over a year ago and never looked back. Tips I have are only wash it with water, dry it, put it back on the heat and then add some vegetable oil to season (wipe with paper towel to coat). If you've destroyed the seasoning it's pretty easy to fix, just wash it thoroughly with water and…

Congrats on your inches lost :) It's always great to fit into clothes you've had for ages and haven't been able to wear. I had the same yesterday morning only in a bad way (awesome for weight loss bad for my wallet). I put on the pants I love for work, noticed they were wayyy too big and would be on the verge of falling…

Finally people like me :) I thought I might have been going crazy reading all the posts about people that gain during their TOM when I'm the opposite. My weight loss graph shoots down during my TOM and generally doesn't go up much afterwards.

Any type of sealable container is fine, I do mine mostly in Sistema plastic containers. On the heating question, Ive never heated overnight oats as it seems wrong somehow to heat them with yogurt involved. Its probably just something in my head. I have steel cut oat porriage hot and overnight oats (using steel cut oats)…

The best way to do this is to create a new recipe for the cupcakes. Put the number of the servings as 18, add the box mix as an ingredient (make sure to add it as dry ingredients, if MFP database doesn't have that you'll have to add it from the nutritional infromation on the box), then add the amount of applesauce and done…

Tried this recipe a few weeks ago, was really nice. My partner seemed to love it as well so it was great. I used chicken breast and minced it myself (in a food processor) incase you don't have chicken mince available.

Same here! Bought it over 2 years ago and it's never let me down. Love having a record of the last 2 years of records online to look through and analyse. I'd be in heaven if it synced with MFP!

I'm really interested to know the answer to this as well, I was on Amazon last night trying to buy some PB2 and I couldn't get it shipped to Australia. Going to do some research today because it sounds great and I love peanut butter :( A previous post on MFP found an Australian website that stocks PB2, its…
