  • Don't think that you have "quit" in the past. I don't think any of us ever quit we just take a "vacation" from the job at hand. So now that we are back from vacation we need to jump right back in to our new normal way of life.

  • I am really excited to use this tool on yet another journey. With the birth of my son 4 months ago and a very long winter it has been difficult to get motivated. So hello to all and lets do it!
