Yes, thats the same with me. He is supportive of me losing weight.. but he wants to order pizza, watch movies, etc. I am constantly asking to go for a walk or something.. doesnt happen often.

Bad week for me! blah up 5 pounds. Really eye opening though. Showed me what I have to do to lose weight and what I can do to not lose weight!

So nice to see so many goals for September!! this was really helpful to just remember to take it one day at a time, rather than seeing that overwhelming long term goal!

My starting weight was 325.. Just started this week and I'm down to 319 :)

My goal is to not eat fast food for the month! It was starting to get out of control, but this week, I just kept making healthy suppers and resisting the temptation to you go out!

My boyfriend lost 30 in a month, just with exercise and healthy eating. Mind you, he has a lot of weight to lose so that may play a factor, but it is definitely possible!

Obviously I ate more before. But now that I have started eating clean I have been having this problem.

I should note its a mixture of unsalted almonds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, and walnuts.

To be fully satisfied I would like to lose 110! I am currently 293 and have a goal weight of 180. I gained weight SO fast!! I didnt even think that was possible! I am pretty motivated and looking for friends to help me check in and support! Feel free to add me :) Good luck everyone!!!
