I can never seem to eat what my calorie goal suggests!
I have been using my fitness pal for a while and I can never manage to eat as many calories as they recommend for weight loss. I am suppose to eat aprox 2600. If I eat less, and continue to work out and burn more than I eat, will I still lose weight ? Or should I be pushing myself to eat more. I can't imagine that right…
