Logging chicken question

Hi everyone. I made a whole chicken last night. Just in water in the roaster and used the meat today for a sandwhich. Does anyone know how I would log the chicken? I originally put rotisserie but it looks to have a lot of salt

    I use usda values for the type of meat I'm eating from the chicken. Roasted chicken breast for the white meat, roasted dark meat for the dark meat.
