I do, i just didn't put any veggies in there. I have 1.5 cups at Lunch and dinner! I have seen too many people who don't eat like I do - so I was just wondering! :)

Monday - Baked Salmon Tuesday - Grilled Chicken Wednesday - Baked Tilapia Thursday - Pork Friday - Fish, some sort Saturday - Fish Sunday - Steak It all depends when it willl be 70 this week, then we grill out! :P

I have the same thing - mitro valve prolaspe. I always wondered why I couldn't run without getting winded. I didn't know if I could train my heart to pump right while I run. I just want to be able to jog a mile without stopping. :( Its so frustrating.
