I cook with EVOO all the time, its a good fat for you to have. I avoid butter and vegetable oil. However, i do use spray also, which helps cut down on calories. I incorporate EVOO since it has good fats.

Hey V - what about switching your meals a bit? Eating the most at your breakfast, and then less at night? I know for me, it was an adjustment, because my parents are late night eaters (you know how uruguay is! :) ) When I was growing up, we didn't eat dinner until 10 sometimes (no joke), and even then it was not a 'light…

Very interesting article! I am (or at least I think I am..) Lactose intolerant, along with my first born...what is described below, it sounds like me an her. I avoid cow's milk (currently drink almond), avoid cheese (when I can), and only eat chobani yogurt, because all other yogurts hurt my stomach!

i wish i was a runner also..but i have mvp stopping me, and I am impatient..what I need to do is try the couch to 5k...I am still active (kickboxing, and walking)...it might help for me to try it, but i don't have anyone willing to jog with me.

Ok, I must be doing something wrong, cause I'm not feeling it :( My second day in it! All i feel is my back and shoulders from push ups, nothing else! of course I have no tummy muscles to begin with (2 c-sections). My body is numb....
