I dont have the video with me so I did it from memory. Got it all mixed up but I think i did it all and then some(extra abs). I wont do the shread tomorrow, I am going on a 5ml hike. Good job all.

I finished day 2, level 1. The push-ups are tough for me too. I never want to get started but I feel so much better the rest of the day.
