  • soa was a really hard thing for me to give up -its been a month and i still sneak one every now and then but i have traded my soda for those powder drink mixes they are only 5 calories per serving and most are sugar free, they come in all sorts of flavors it is really the only thing that has kept me from soda good luck!
  • Extra now makes gum that taste like desserts they are only 5 calories a stick and are sugar free my favorite is mint chocolate chip, and also i have taken it old skool LOL i love otter pops, they sell them at costco and they are only 25 calories so i have those if i want a cold sensation i dont do the skinny cow ice creams…

  • I started the insanity challenge yesterday but ill only be doing it a couple times a week because i have other classes at the gym i take that i am not willing to give up and im not ready to have a double dose of intense cardio lol good luck!
