www.myprotein.co.uk It's cheap, but it's also the best quality I've tried. They're got a large range of different types of protein/supplements in loads of flavours, but I get the Impact Whey in chocolate. Tastes really good.

Ooh, hadn't thought of that. Good shout! Pretty sure mine's due to run out soon...

Babybel cheese. That is all.

9 Bars are the way to go! There are also some Nakd bars made mostly of nuts (Cashew Cookie, Pecan Pie) and they're delicious too. I get mine from Tesco, and sometimes buy Nakd/Trek bars online (www.naturalbalancefoods.co.uk) but I think most supermarkets stock both brands.

Wish there was a like button on forum posts so I could hit it! You look fantastic, and what an amazing journey you've been through. Well done!

I'll be buying my boyfriend a chocolate Easter egg, but that will be the extent of the Easter 'celebrations' as far as I'm concerned. Not expecting to receive any eggs myself, and we're not having a big family meal or anything like that. I think Easter hype has died down an awful lot over the years; or maybe it's because…

No. When I was logging I always tried to relax for special occasions/family meals. I'd still be mindful, but I wouldn't worry about being 100% accurate with logging, and I certainly wouldn't take a set of food scales - I'd feel like it would ruin the occasion. Just enjoy the meal and the time with your family! One meal is…

It's amazing, reading through this, how many people get that feeling of guilt from going over their calories! The idea is to get as close to your goal as possible on here - so if that's 50 under or 50 over, it doesn't matter! I wish MFP would get rid of the angry red numbers as soon as you're so much as 1 calorie over. I…

5'8". 150 for now, 140 eventually...

I never struggled with binge eating until I started using MFP either. Yes, I had times where I would overeat (that's how I got here!) but never before did I deliberately go out of my way to buy thousands of calories worth of food to then eat in one sitting. I don't know why it happened; maybe it's the 'all or nothing'…

Why not just look up a 10k or half marathon training plan online and follow that? They tend to specify mileage for each workout which you can measure when running on your treadmill or when running outside, using a GPS app.

Normally anywhere between 2000-3000 calories, depending on how much exercise calories I've earned. This is to lose 1lb per week.

This is wonderfully written and really puts things into perspective. Well done. You look even more gorgeous than before, not least because that smile on your face is shining brighter.

Hi all, I'm Hannah, 26 from Cumbria. Been on MFP since early 2011. Have lost, maintained, then gained. Here I am again with a new(ish) account and back to losing again. I've been doing pretty well since I started on 27th December. The aim is to go slow and steady as I'm already in a healthy weight range. Focusing on…

I'm EATING 2400 calories a day and losing weight...

This morning I did a Body Pump class, followed by a 4 mile walk on the treadmill (it was raining!) to get my 10,000 Fitbit steps. Sunday afternoons are very lazy for me...

I started out on 1200 a day (NET - could never survive without all those exercise cals to eat!) and it is tough, so props to you all for doing it! I gradually increased after the first two weeks, because I knew I'd start giving up if I tried to stick at 1200. I changed to a 750 cal deficit for a few weeks and am now on a…

A 45-minute Spinning class this morning, followed by a short session on the cross trainer and a bit of speed walking on the treadmill. Then on top of that done a few short walks just around town running errands. Fitbit is on 16000 steps already! :D

Cumbria here, so not quite Yorkshire! But feel free to add me anyway (anyone)!

Hi, I'm in the UK too. Always looking for new friends who log daily and interact :) I've been around on MFP since 2011 but made a new account in December and had a fresh start. Have been doing really well since 27th December when I restarted this; managed to lose nearly a stone so far and am gaining fitness levels I never…

Fad diets don't work. Use MFP as it is designed. Eat. Exercise. Be consistent. You'll have success. Eat 2 bowls of cereal instead of 2 meals a day and you will get bored very quickly, start craving the nutrients your body is missing out on, and end up potentially in an unhealthier place than when you began.

I used to have a Fitbit Ultra, but then lost it and the kind Fitbit team sent me a Fitbit One as the replacement. Both excellent. I prefer the One because of the bluetooth capabilities - so much easier now I can sync with my iPhone to see how I'm doing during the day rather than having to delve between my breasts to look…

What are you having trouble with? Set up your goals, log your exercise and eat! The key is consistency.

6 lbs in 3 weeks will still result in a skinny fat frame. I'd imagine with that rate of weight loss you would be losing a good deal of lean mass, not just fat. Instead of trying to lose weight quickly, you should be focusing more on JUST getting rid of fat while building a bit of muscle. Eat at your TDEE and start lifting…

Someone mentioned McDonald's milkshake - Impact Whey from myprotein in chocolate smooth flavour tastes JUST like one. Especially when mixed with milk. Mmmm.

I'm here every day. Feel free to add me, anyone!

Protein shake, banana and breakfast biscuits. This is my every weekday morning pre/post gym breakfast!
-
My alarm goes off at 6am every week day and (depending on how many times I snooze it) I am in the gym between 6:30 and 6:50 ready to go! Add me to your friends if you want. I often post at 6am before I go. If not you'll get the updates at around 8am saying I burned a gazillion calories before you've even got out of bed...

I use impact whey from myprotein.co.uk. Mainly because it is relatively cheap, mixes well and tastes delicious.

Forgot to add: there is a Fitbit group on here which may be able to answer the question better than I did! Here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/forums/show/1307-fitbit-users
