From what I have heard, you will lose weight but when you move to eating to maintain you will put weight back on. I am also interested in this as I would like to move up from 1300 calories I eat now to a higher amount as I reach closer to my goal without gaining.

Brown rice is amazing, White rice is amazing too. Really, now that I'm dieting, even foods I don't usually like taste good. Hunger is the best seasoning.

I've been a vegetarian for 15 years, which feels like a long time when I say out the years. Mushrooms, Wheat protein, soy, rice protein (This one is new to me and I've just started eating it) and beans. Vegan Chili has always been a favorite of mine and it is cheap to make.

I have the same problem! I am always over on my sugar... Usually by at least double. I have a yogurt at work and its most of the sugar for the day. My doctor doesn't say I have any issue with my sugar and I've never been at risk for diabetes, so I try not to worry. I wouldn't worry too much about the sugar intake as long…

I gave up all soda a few months ago. Its useless junk that our bodies just don't need. Like alcohol, I won't absolutely refuse but I will only have it on a special occasion and only a little.

I am told this by my friends and family. That's how I know they care. Anyone who tells me how great I look because I've lost weight is scum. I'm opposed to the promotion of weight loss as equivalent to beauty.

I had about two weeks where I did not lose much weight at all and then a week where I lost two pounds. I lose about 1/2 a pound a week and I think that will be better for me in the long run then losing quick.

My promotion is guaranteed as soon as my boss leaves, I am the only one there who can do what she does and it would take at least four months to train someone new to fill the position.

I think I drink at least one cup of tea a day. I really like black tea with sugar and milk, or herbal tea with sugar, or fancy teavana tea without sugar or milk. I can't say for sure if it work for you but I do the elliptical every week and my legs have become thinner.

I will feed all of your children cookies, brownies and cake. Fair warning! My house will have all of the snack food, I will bake pies and cupcakes. I will have a tire swing and a unfinished tree house. There will be a bike ramp to do tricks off of. Someone will end up needing stitches.

I don't weigh food (also really weird to do in public).I mostly estimate unless its a pre-made food. I try to overestimate. My concern was that I am eating too little. If I keep under maintenance calories most days, then in theory I should still lose some weight.

Morningstar Farms Veggie Sausage, Egg & Cheese Biscuit. I really like them and at 270 calories, they make a good lunch. I also eat Special K Chocolate Delight every weekday morning. I use to eat the Blueberry too before they stopped making it.

Shrug? I mean, I've been under 1200 calories before, I'll be under again. I try to eat up to 1200 but occasionally even after a snack I'm at 1150. Other days I eat 1300.
