Are there any other LARP(Live Action Role Play) gamers out there? How do you log your exercise from a LARP event? If you use an exercise device (Fitbit Flex or the like) how do you blend it with your costume?

Working out of starvation mode
I have been dieting without a lot of results at 1200 calories. There doesn't seem to be a lot of agreeing information on the subject but it has been suggested that I may be putting my body into starvation mode. I'm going to try a 1300 calorie diet for a while, has anyone else had any success with moving up in calories?

I am looking for a wearable, comfortable and subtle (nothing bulky or gaudy) heart rate monitor that might do calories burned as well. The Flexbit series looks nice, but I have heard it doesn't do heart rate.

Weight Gain with a 1200 calorie diet.
This week I had a couple of days where I went above 1200 calories but yesterday was my highest calorie day at about 1500 calories. I gained half a pound this week. Knee flexibility and strength
My knee flexibility is really lacking, and my knees tend to lock and pop when I do leg exercises. Anyone have any experience with this and with improving leg flexibility. I'm a bit squeamish too, so its difficult for me to make myself do things that make my joints shift uncomfortably. Thanks!
