Knee flexibility and strength

My knee flexibility is really lacking, and my knees tend to lock and pop when I do leg exercises. Anyone have any experience with this and with improving leg flexibility. I'm a bit squeamish too, so its difficult for me to make myself do things that make my joints shift uncomfortably.

    I sincerely doubt anyone on this site is qualified to give you help. I'd go see a specialist. You don't want to play around with that.

    Yeah that is not an issue with your flexibility, it is an issue with the health of your joints, and I also recommend that you see a doc! Generally, anything you do with your knees that makes your stomach turn is a thing you should NOT be doing with your knees.
