Its ok to do cardio everyday, some people really overdo it though. There is a lady in my neighborhood who powerwalks for up to 8 hours a day. So unhealthy!

I would say 310 as thats where I started, but I will say 267 since I am 266 lbs now, I never want to be 267 or anything higher ever again!

I am 266 lbs and run every day on the treadmill. So far no problems. Listen to your body, though. If in pain, stop.

If he said "yes" to your question he probably thought you would have been hurt, and if he said "no" he probably thought you would not bother exercising or lose any weight. So by saying IDK hes just like i dont know, its what you think.. my 2 cents ;)

I like to exercise first thing in the morning. I have one sip of water and do my cardio. I will start drinking alot during weight training. I prefer mornings over any other time of the day. I then go home and eat breakfast ! :)

Maybe a bag of almonds? Pop some stovetop popcorn (plain) Bring some fruits that are usually peeled, you can probably peel it at wherever you are..

I am a 266 lb male doing the C25k, currently on week 2. So far its been going good. By the end I am drenched in sweat, and sometimes I have cramps. I'll see how I do week 3 and if I can't do it I'll do week 2 another week. Good luck to u! :)

People have said this but I don't know if its true. For about eight months I did really good and ate small portions daily, yet I binged for a week eating a ton of food like a whole box of pasta in one sitting and I realized my stomach was probably still the same size it was eight months ago.. as it didnt affect me at all…

I did a 8 day cleanse (would have continued but I had a strong strong craving and quit). I felt REALLY good doing my cleanse and enjoyed it greatly. It was a green smoothie cleanse :D I also did enemas which gave a euphora itself.. but a cleanse is not good for weight loss. infact any weight you lose you will most likely…

No, but LARGE sugary drinks are. So why not cut cigarette packs back to 10 cigarettes instead of 20 because 20 is just way too many for some people!! And lets cut back Alcohol bottle sizes as some sizes are just too much for people to handle! Why stop at just sugary drinks ?

Overcrowded rooms and people who cant dance in one spot. If you started at the back right of the beginning of the class you shouldn't be in the middle front by the end..

You will gain it all back. Believeeeee me! I did a 8 day green smoothie feast drinking only green smoothies. once i stopped within 3 days I had gained all my weight back and I was eating normal portions.
