Really differs for everyone.. I've lost almost 75 lbs and I have only gone down 3 pant sizes.

I was going thru my old posts tonight and laugehd when I saw this topic. I'm now running 7k a night. :) Its insane how much better we can get if we keep at it.

I agree w/ everyone else.. don't push too hard and just keep at it. I started it in the beginning of the summer, and it was very difficult. I couldn't even run 60 seconds at a time without feeling like I was going to pass out. Now I am up to running 7km a day. :)

Lack of exercise, abundance of food within arms reach, and simply not caring. All these were factors for me.

Well if ya get fries don't forget you can ask for them to be saltless and they will put down a batch for ya.

I take fish oil daily. I don't know if its actually helping me in any way, but I bought them and will see it through until they are gone.

I guess thats it. Its hard for me to have a conversation when running as I am panting so much. Its hard for me to run so far without stopping but I push myself everyday at it.

I goto the gym at 7am and I do my run at 8pm at night!

I have a tattoo on each wrist. They can be covered with a long sleeve shirt. Sometimes its a pain in the butt but I enjoy them.

For me , I just had to keep reminding myself that this is what I want and I will have to work hard to get to where I want to be. Do I want to be fat still, eating junk food daily and feeling like a couch potato? Or do I want to feel healthy, active, be able to run, and hopefully live a long life. I had bad cravings for the…
