I was on Topamax for migraines. It made me have insomnia and I never had an appetite. I lost 10lbs in 2.5 weeks while taking it because I was never hungry (obviously not the way you should lose weight, it was just a side effect). However, I had to find a different medicine because I couldn't handle the insomnia.

I have a Dachshund named Sweetpea and a Siberian Husky named Cody. Love my kids!!!! :) Sweetpea I've had since a puppy (from a litter of Dachshund puppies that my Aunt's dog had). And Cody I rescued at the age of 2 from a kill shelter here in NC. I also have 2 rescue cats but that's for another thread :)

Truth! My Husky is sooooo happy after a nice long run/walk. A tired husky equals a happy relaxed owner ;)

I have a Dachshund and a Siberian Husky. M-F they get one walk a day. I have to take them separately because they go at different speeds. My Dachshund goes for 20-25 mins at a leisurely pace and my Siberian Husky generally goes for about 45-60 mins speed walking. I started C25K 2 weeks ago and now on MWF my Siberian goes…
