What kind of HRM do you have? I'm currently researching them... Haha, her voice is annoying but somehow she always knows when I want to quit and pushes me! I'm like ok ok Jillian I'm doing it, haha.

It is a workout dvd by Jillian Michaels. One of the trainers on The Biggest Loser. She's hardcore but she gets the job done!

Thanks everyone! I am going to invest in a HRM. I'm tired of not knowing my "exact" calories burned. But for right now I'll log it as circuit trainig. Good luck to those of you who are starting or in the process of 30DS. Jillian Michaels kicked my butt yesterday!! :)

Thanks! I think I am going to adjust MFP and see if the up in calories makes the difference. The last thing I want to do is slow my metabolism down by not consuming what I need to.

When I work out I eat back all my calories so that I net 1200. But I'm just not seeing the results I think (and others around me) think I should for the amount of "work" I'm putting into getting healthy. Make sense? Hope I explained that well...
