I lost 20 as of today and am looking to lose 20 more. Bootcamp and green smoothies have been very helpful. I make the smoothies my self. I tried juicing too, but smoothies are a less expensive option and keep you fuller longer.

I have this problem. I can do well all day and then when the evening comes I can really snack and it. One of my favorites is raison brand and 2% milk. I often have 2 to 3 bowls of it at one time. I can wake up around 2 or 3am and eat some cereal. i need to make healthier choices. The evening is my most problematic time.
