I think I need to understand this program better, are we supposed to eat all of the calories? I consistently eat under because I am not hungry. My limit is 1700 and j work out daily giving me extra calories to eat and I still eat less.

Of course pooping is good for you and every person is different. Most people go once daily but others maybe every other day. As long as a week doesn't pass, then you should be fine! Increase your water intake and eat more roughage!!

I eat a box of those small green giant steamer veggies. They have like 3 servings of vegetable in them. I tend to eat them with lunch. I have a fruit in the morning and a fruit for dinner. I also eat veggies with dinner. I truly love veggies, sometimes I eat veggies, yogurt and fruit for lunch.

That has to be true, if you think of it- you are wiping away some of the grease and fat. It couldnt hurt to try. Atleast it will make the pizza easier and less messy to eat!

Probably not that much more. If you are going to eat pizza, have it the regular way. It doesn't necessarily have to be what you eat but how much of it you eat. Everything in moderation! Thats what I tell myself every now and again when I crave a slice!!

I sweat a lot but it varies. Today I did 60 mins of spinning and sweat poured off of me. The last time I did an hour of spinning I barely broke a sweat. Maybe it has to do with what I ate, the amount of water I drank, the clothes I wore, idle. Sweating Aries for me and it doesn't vary based on exertion level for me

I CONSTANTLY lock my keys in the car. The worst time, haven't told anyone except the people that were there, I locked my keys in my car, as it was running, in the middle of the road. Try explaining that to the cops!

I didn't start feeling good until I took some pictures in my underwear. I am no where near my goal but I could definitely see a big difference and I feel great. I try to go to dinners because a lot of the time they will make you what you want. I mostly go out to eat after the gym and I always crave protein, eggwhites with spinach or grilled chicken. If I am out for social reasons, I try to eat salads or look for sometype of diet food or things that are pointed out on the menus

You have lost a lot of weight, what is your experience? If you don't mind me asking I am afaird that as I lose weight, my stomach skin will sag. My workout consists of cardio and abs daily and circuit training every other day. I also take a body pump class weekly. Will this help me tone my skin?

I did Atkins in the past and it does work. It is very hard to stick to but with anything, the first 2 weeks were the hardest. I did lose weight quickly without exercising, which I loved.
