Twice a day?! That's far too much! Cut down before you get too exhausted and lose momentum! Have a rest. Wow

Absolutely adore this post. I'm always scared to go to the weights section because of all the intimidating guys.. I tend to go in the morning when it's empty (my gym's very small, comes with the accommodation). But next time I'm gonna say whatever! Go ahead and stare :P

Why don't you try couch to 5k? It's free, you can put it on your phone or ipod or whatever and it teaches you to run. It talks you through it with music and you focus less on the time and more on the voice guiding you http://www.nhs.uk/livewell/c25K/Pages/couch-to-5k.aspx

I have a glass of water when I wake up so kick-start my metabolism, a bottle (two glasses) for my workout even if it's just a walk, water with each meal... I find if you always have water nearby you get through 8 glasses before dinner :P It does make a difference!

Good for you! It'll take a lot of strength, but just keep reminding yourself of what's gonna make you happy in the end! :)

Don't think of it as 'starting all over again' ..Think of it as beginning your new healthy lifestyle. You'll look better, feel better, and learn a lot about yourself along the way. Every pound lost feels good, so don't think of the end, think of every step of the way, one day at a time. Every day is an achievement! :D
